Meall Cumhann

Tucked beneath Ben Nevis, Meall Cumhann sees little attention, which we love! This walk will take you past waterfalls and big mountain scenery. At 698 metres it is much smaller than its neighbours, however this is still one of our favourite walks in the area.

  • 7km/4.3 miles

  • Time: 4-5 hours

  • Ascent: 650 metres

Stob Ban and Mullach nan Coirean

Stob Ban (The White Peak) is perhaps the most eye-catching summit in the Mamores. It can be linked with neighbouring Munro, Mullach nan Coirean, to give a fine circuit. There are good paths for most of the day, with some rockier sections near the summits.

  • Distance: 13km

  • Time: 6-8 hours

  • Ascent 1,155 metres

Views to the Nevis range and Glencoe, quieter mountains, two Munro summits

Scenic Scottish landscape. Mamores hills

The Ring of Steall

A real Lochaber classic, The Ring of Steall is a circuit linking four Munros by a series of rocky, narrow ridges. For the fit, experienced hillwalker, this route is an epic day out offering sections of scrambling amongst incredible scenery!

  • Distance: 16km

  • Time: 9-12 hours

  • Ascent: 1,676 metres
