RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If a client cancels before the course date, the following refunds apply:
More than 28 days: Full refund minus £25 discretionary admin fee
Less than 28 days: No refund given
If you wish to change a booked and confirmed course date, a discretionary fee of £100 on top of the fee already paid may be charged. This is to allow us to honour our bookings with guides we have already hired. Change of dates and fees will be subject to LMGs’ discretion and availability.
In the event that LMG have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the fee paid will be offered or an alternative date if applicable. Clients will be responsible for their own expenses including travel costs etc in this unlikely event.
GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue
- Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
– If you wish to increase the stated number of persons on gift voucher, the appropriate balance must be paid to confirm booking. Prices can be seen on our website Please contact us to arrange this.
- Gift Vouchers can be returned up 28 days after the date of purchase. A full refund will be made minus a £5 handling fee
